These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoxBuddy, operated by Sound of Love with Luca (“we”, “us”), including this website, our waitlist, and the RoxBuddy app (the “Service”).

Acceptance

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RoxBuddy provides training-related tools and AI-assisted coaching features. Outputs are informational and are not medical advice (see disclaimers below).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including probing, disrupting, scraping without permission, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing others’ rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, graphics, copy, and other materials, is owned by Sound of Love with Luca or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of content, software, branding, or materials is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks

HYROX is a trademark of Upsolut Sports GmbH. RoxBuddy is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HYROX or Upsolut Sports GmbH.

References to branded fitness events on the Service are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any association with those brands unless we state otherwise in writing.

Integrated services

If you connect third-party services such as Strava, Garmin, WHOOP, Apple Health or Health Connect, their terms and privacy notices also apply to your use of those services.

Subscriptions and billing

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. RoxBuddy is a training aid and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise or nutrition regimens.

Results vary by individual. Train responsibly and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty Singapore dollars (SGD 50), except where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
